To all owners, residents, visitors, suppliers, and contractors having legitimate interests in Prima Tiara 2, the management committee advises the need to know, understand, and practice the following House Rules of Prima Tiara 2.

Should anyone be found not adhering to the House Rules, the management committee through its managing agent(s), reserves the rights to take necessary action(s) against such individual(s) in order to maintain decorum and proper management of the physical, social and environmental aspect of this apartment.
