As required by the Malaysian law, stipulated in the Building and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Act, 2007 (Act 663), a Joint Management Body (JMB) is to be established if the management corporation is not in existence at the time of delivery of vacant possession.
The JMB of Prima Tiara 2 convened its 2nd AGM on 28 September 2008 and elected the following owners, who a residing in Prima Tiara 2, as the Management Committee.
